Lawn Guard is partnering with the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma to combat hunger in northeastern Oklahoma by donating a percentage of sales for the entire month of April.
For each new customer they receive, Lawn Guard, which is a division of Oklahoma Landscape, will donate a percentage of that sale to the food bank.
“Lawn Guard is excited to partner with the Community Food Bank to help our community members in need,” says Elaina Wiltshire, community engagement director at Lawn Guard and Oklahoma Landscape. “During these uncertain times, many people in Eastern Oklahoma face food insecurity. We are honored to partner with an organization that does such important work for people in our community.”
Since April 1, Lawn Guard has donated $715 amount to the food bank, providing meals for 5,720 Oklahomans.
“The Food Bank appreciates Lawn Guard’s commitment to help our neighbors in need during these uncertain times. Their donation will help us to provide healthy meals to eastern Oklahomans who are experiencing increased food insecurity. Thank you for your support!” – Wendy Voss, Community Engagement Coordinator, Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma.
